At the District 18 Conference in Beaumont, Section Chairman George Baldree announced the Section Awards. The award winners are, The Meritorious Award, George Baldree of Keppel AmFELS and Ricardo Salinas of South Texas College, The Private Sector Instructor Award, Thomas Solano of Allied Skills Trainnig Center, The Educator Award, Edwin Rivera of Los Fresnos CISD, The CWI of the Year Award, Jose Delgado, Keppel-AmFELS. The awards dinner will be Satruday June 27th at The Longhorn Cattle Co. in San Benito.
