C-spec’s “WeldOffice” is a well known established industry standard computer software used by thousands of welding professionals worldwide. Preparing, qualifying and maintaining welding procedures and welding personnel qualifications is time consuming and very expensive if done incorrectly. Hundreds of thousands of dollars and man- hours are being saved each year using this readily available off-the-shelf computer software.
The presentation will show how to reduce preparation and search time, consistently and accurately verify code compliance, avoid costly errors, increase productivity, eliminate unnecessary repairs, work stoppages and arguments. Greatly improve your company’s image by well presented, well organized, accurate and timely documentation. Create an error-free pre-qualified welding procedure in less than one minute. Find a qualified welder for any job in seconds. Instantly disarm even the most argumentative welding inspector.
Additionally, you will learn about the welding industry globalization trends and tendencies for welding qualification requirements. Learn how working with software dealing with codes and standards creates business opportunities for independent consultants, CWI’s and testing labs. Introduction of the WeldOffice.NET initiative and invaluable free online resources will be discussed.
